This tour is based on the government's "Basic Response Policy for Novel Coronavirus Infectious Disease Countermeasures" and the response policy of the Novel Coronavirus Infectious Disease Countermeasures Headquarters. In response to the request for the creation of guidelines presented in the "Situation Analysis and Recommendations," we have organized and created guidelines to be followed as measures to prevent the spread of infection, and will implement the following.

Please note that this initiative will be changed in accordance with the guidelines and guidelines (a guideline for the gradual relaxation of event holding restrictions) that will be announced by the government in the future.

The collected personal information will be used only to trace the route of infection in the event that a person is infected with the new coronavirus, and will not be used for any other purpose other than providing it to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.
Once we are able to confirm that no cluster outbreaks have occurred from this performance, the organizer will take responsibility for disposing of it.

③ Those who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for the new coronavirus infection, and those who have visited and resided in countries/regions where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required an observation period after entering the country within the past two weeks. If you have been in close contact with someone, please refrain from attending this performance.

④ Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/closed mouth, loss of taste or smell, eye pain or conjunctival hyperemia, headache, joint/muscle pain, If you have symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting, please refrain from visiting.

Also, drinking alcohol may cause your body temperature to rise. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before coming to the venue.
Please note that in any case, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will be refused entry.

⑤ It is mandatory to wear a mask when visiting the venue, and you will be refused entry if you are not wearing one.
Please be sure to bring your own mask.

⑥ To prevent droplet infection, loud conversations and cheering are prohibited.
Also, please refrain from unnecessary movement of seats, contact with other attendees, and lending/borrowing of items during the performance.

⑦ When entering, please be sure to disinfect your hands using the disinfectant provided.

⑧ Please cooperate with cough etiquette and refrain from talking as much as possible in the audience seats and lobby.


⑨ Eating and drinking inside the venue seats is prohibited.

⑩ Please note that our staff will contact customers who appear to be feeling unwell.
We also ask for your understanding that depending on the situation, we may refuse entry to the venue.


⑪ We do not accept letters or gifts sent to members at the venue.

① In order to ensure social distancing, the number of participants will be reduced to less than half of the original capacity.
In addition, as a general rule, please sit with at least one seat in the front, back, left, and right.

② All people involved in the performance will be required to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, disinfect their hands with disinfectant, and take temperature measurements to ensure their health.

③ Disinfectants will be installed at various locations within the venue.

④ We will thoroughly ventilate the venue in the audience seats and lobby.

⑤ When using the smoking area, please follow the rules for each venue.

⑥ Inside the venue, areas that are touched by many visitors, such as handrails and handles, will be thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant.

⑦ In areas where it is necessary to line up, we will try to have visitors line up at a distance from each other.

⑧ In areas where face-to-face contact with visitors is required, measures will be taken to prevent droplet infection by installing acrylic boards, transparent vinyl curtains, etc., and wearing face shields.

⑨ Information boards regarding infection prevention will be installed, and patrolling staff will remind people of infection prevention measures.

⑩ Shops at the venue will not be open.

⑪ Sales of concert goods, etc. will be carried out after taking measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

⑫ For pregnant women, those who are planning to become pregnant, those with chronic or underlying health conditions, and those who find it difficult to walk alone, please consider the safety of your body and those involved first. Please consider visiting at your own discretion.

⑬ At the entrance, the body temperature of visitors will be measured using a non-contact thermometer.
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, we will take your temperature again at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in your body temperature, you will be refused entry.

Depending on the future infection status of the new coronavirus infection and changes in the guidelines and policies of various government agencies and industry organizations, the responses listed may change.
