Regarding the Osaka performance of "EXO FILM LIVE JAPAN TOUR-EXO PLANET 2021 -" scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th, 2021, the venue, Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka), has been extended its use as a large-scale COVID-19 vaccination site by the government, so the venue and dates will be changed as follows.
 
Therefore, we will be implementing a "Pre-sales initiative for Osaka performance buyers" which will allow those who have already purchased tickets for the Osaka performances on Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th, 2021, to apply first for the alternative performance.
 
Regarding the performances at Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka) on Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th, 2021, Refund all tickets I will do so,
If you have an affected ticket, please make sure to apply for a refund within the refund period.
