*Applications will be made via Google Forms. If a login screen appears, please log in with your Google account and enter your details.
*After entering the required information, please click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. The message "Your answers have been recorded" will be displayed and your application will be complete. Please note that you will not receive an application completion email.
 

Important Notices Regarding This Campaign
*The announcement of the winners will be replaced by the shipping of the prizes (shipping is limited to within Japan only).
*Please note that we will not contact you regarding the results of the lottery.
*The bonus items are scheduled to be shipped in December 2022 (only available within Japan).
*You can check the number of plays you have made by going to the LINE MUSIC "Home Page" ⇒ "Rankings" from the tab below.
*If "Your Name's TOP 50" is not displayed, the number of songs played on LINE MUSIC in the past three months may be less than 20, or the LINE MUSIC app may not have been updated to the latest version. There is a gender. Additionally, rankings are reflected the next day and updated once a day/irregularly.
*If the number of seconds per playback is too short, it may not be counted as one playback.
*When the number of views displays "9999+", it has reached the upper limit.
*If there are 31 or more people with 9999+ views, we will hold a lottery to by drawing lots the winners.
*Playback in preview mode, which is available to free members, is not counted. Only paid members or members during the first month free period will be reflected in the number of views.
*If you play the content offline (downloaded), the number of plays will be reflected when you switch to a communication mode such as a Wi-Fi environment.
Please note that it may take some time for the changes to be reflected.
*Communication costs and monthly LINE MUSIC membership fees related to using this campaign are to be borne by the customer.
*Winning rights cannot be transferred to a third party, exchanged for cash, or changed.
*The number of plays displayed will apply to plays from 18:00 on Monday, November 14, 2022 to 23:59 on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
