*Applications will be made via Google Forms. If a login screen appears, please log in with your Google account and enter your details.
*After entering the required information, please click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. The message "Your answers have been recorded" will be displayed and your application will be complete. Please note that you will not receive an email confirming your application.
 

Important Notices Regarding This Campaign
*The announcement of the winners will be replaced by the shipping of the prizes. (Shipping will be limited to within Japan only.)
*Please note that we will not contact you regarding the results of the lottery.

*You can check the number of plays you have made by going to the LINE MUSIC "Home Page" ⇒ "Rankings" from the tab below.
*If "Your Name's TOP 50" is not displayed, it may be because you have played less than 20 songs on LINE MUSIC in the last 3 months, or the LINE MUSIC app has not been updated to the latest version. In addition, the rankings are reflected the next day and updated once a day/irregularly.
*If the length of a single playback is short, it may not be counted as one playback.
*When the number of views displays "9999+", it has reached the upper limit.
*Plays in trial mode, which is available to free members, will not be counted. Only paid members or members who are in the first month free trial period will be counted.
*If you play the video offline (downloaded), the number of plays will be reflected when you switch to a communication mode such as Wi-Fi. Please note that it may take some time for the number of plays to be reflected.
