[About bringing support goods to the venue]
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, items may be brought into the venue only in the following cases.
(1) Official goods sold at EXO live concert venues in Japan
(2) A fan that is at chest height and sized so that you can hold it in your hand for cheering (too large items are prohibited)
 
*During the performance, please do not hold the fan above chest height as this will cause inconvenience to the audience behind you.
In addition, it is prohibited to bring in support goods that use the artist's image.
 
On the day of the performance, if you have goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, a staff member will take care of them at the time of admission. (It will be returned after the performance.)
Please use the goods you are allowed to bring in to the extent that they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.
 
Please note that if you do not comply with the above, your entry may be restricted or you may be asked to leave the event at the organizer's discretion.
 
Additionally, there are people who are producing, selling, and distributing goods that use the "EXO" logo or images of artists without permission, but these are not official goods. Some people may mistake this for an official product, so we ask that you do not produce, sell, or distribute it.
 
 
[Regarding measures against new coronavirus infection]
・Please watch this performance while wearing a mask.
・There are no restrictions on cheering during performances as long as you wear a mask. However, please be careful not to interfere with the viewing of the audience around you while you enjoy the performance.
・During the performance, it is prohibited to leave your seat, run to the front, lean forward, or otherwise get close to the customers in front, rear, left, or right.
・After the performance, there will be a regulated exit to avoid crowding at the exit, so please remain seated until directed by the staff.
・Please check the announcements at the venue again on the day of the performance.
 
 
[Entrance process]
①Please be sure to register for AnyPASS in advance, distribute it to your companions, and come to the entrance with the QR code displayed.
② Your digital ticket will be checked at the entrance. Please present the QR code to the staff yourself.
 
 
[Initiatives for this performance]
●Tickets for this performance will be mainly sold using digital tickets (AnyPASS). When entering, please operate your smartphone under the instructions of the staff.
●We will strive to maintain our health by ensuring all people involved in the performance wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their fingers.
●We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, and other frequently touched areas within the venue.
●We will thoroughly ventilate the venue.
●We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and audience seats.
●It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the audience seats or enter the venue while intoxicated.
●To prevent the spread of infection, we recommend purchasing goods from various official websites.
●We do not accept gifts, celebratory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will refuse your order if it arrives at the venue.
●For those who are pregnant, those who are planning to become pregnant, those with a chronic illness or underlying disease, and those who find it difficult to move on their own, please prioritize the safety of your body and those involved. Please consider visiting based on your judgment.
●If there is a high risk of infection within the venue, such as when customers are in close contact with each other, the staff may ask you to speak to them, so we ask for your cooperation.
 
 
[Request to visitors]
●Persons who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for the new coronavirus, or who have visited or resided in a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or requires an observation period after entering the country within the past two weeks. If you have close contact with someone, please refrain from visiting.
●On the day of your visit, please take your own temperature. In addition, those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, If you have symptoms such as nausea or vomiting, please refrain from visiting. Also, drinking alcohol may cause your body temperature to rise. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before arriving. Please note that in any case, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will be refused entry.
●It is mandatory to wear a mask when visiting the venue, and you will be refused entry if you are not wearing one. Please be sure to bring your own mask.
●Please note that our staff will contact customers who appear to be feeling unwell. We also ask for your understanding that depending on the situation, we may not be able to allow you to enter the venue.
 
 
[About infectious disease prevention measures for staff and performers]
●We will conduct health checks for all staff and related parties.
●If a person is found to be unwell with a fever or other symptoms, that person will not be allowed to work.
●To prevent droplet infection, we will work while wearing a mask.
●We will frequently disinfect our hands when entering the venue.
●Performers will also be subject to health checks.
●If any other abnormality occurs, we will immediately collaborate with health administrative organizations such as public health centers and local medical institutions, and take measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.
