Q.What are "Premium Seats"?A.These are premium seats with luxurious benefits.
This is an upgrade from the "all seats reserved" purchased through EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Pre-sale.

Q. How much does a "Premium Seat" cost?
A. It will be 24,800 yen (tax included).
Only EXO-L-JAPAN members who have won and paid for "All Seats Reserved" in EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Pre-sale will be able to apply for by drawing lots to upgrade to "Premium Seats" at a later date.
Upgrades start from 14,800 yen (tax included) for "All Seats Reserved," and if you apply and are selected through the upgrade by drawing lots, you will be charged the difference of 10,000 yen (tax included) per ticket.
Please note that the only payment method available for the upgrade by drawing lots is credit card.
Details such as how to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots will be announced at a later date.
Q. When can I apply to upgrade from "All Seats Reserved" to "Premium Seat"?
A. As soon as the details are decided, they will be announced on EXO official website and fan club site.
Q. I'm not an EXO-L-JAPAN member, but can I upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. Only EXO-L-JAPAN members who have won and paid for "All Seats Reserved" in EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Pre-sale will be able to apply for by drawing lots to upgrade to "Premium Seats" at a later date.
If you wish to upgrade, please apply for "all seats reserved" in EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Secondary Pre-sale.
However, accompanying persons do not need to be EXO-L-JAPAN members.
Even if your accompanying person is not an EXO-L-JAPAN member, if you are an EXO-L-JAPAN member, you can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots for your accompanying non-member person as well.
*The lottery will be open to those who are members at the time of the end of the upgrade by drawing lots application period, so please do not forget to complete the procedure if your membership is about to expire. Please note that if your membership has expired, you will not be eligible for by drawing lots even if you re-subscribe.
* Renewal procedures can be completed between 60 days before the expiration date and 30 days after the expiration date.
You can purchase a new membership as a "continuation" for up to 30 days after the expiration date. However, please note that we cannot provide retroactive service for the period from the expiration date until the purchase of the membership.
Q. I purchased four "All Seats Reserved" tickets in EXO-L-JAPAN advance sale. Can I upgrade just one of them to a "Premium Seat"?
A. For the upgrade by drawing lots application, you can only apply for the number of tickets purchased in EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Secondary Pre-sale.
You cannot upgrade only a portion of the tickets.
Q. I don't have a smartphone. Can I upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. Tickets for this performance will be received via the smartphone app "AnyPASS," so if you do not have a smartphone, you will not be able to upgrade to a "Premium Seat."
In addition, your accompanying person will also need a smartphone to receive their ticket via the electronic ticket "AnyPASS."
Only those who have one smartphone per person and the number of tickets won and paid for in EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Pre-sale can apply.
Q. I am a wheelchair user. Can I upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. You can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots.
If you are selected, you may be able to watch from a "premium seat" after confirming your seat. However, due to limited space, you will need to move from your wheelchair to the designated seat to watch the show.
Accompanying persons who have purchased tickets together can also watch from the same area.
Please note that "Premium Seats" are not designated seating areas.
Seat changes cannot be made after the performance has started.
