■How to receive tickets
*You will need a smartphone compatible with the smartphone app "AnyPASS" to receive the gift.
*Tickets can only be received by the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number field of customer information at the time of application.
Tickets cannot be received using other mobile phone numbers, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance.

SMSAuthentication (login with mobile phone number) is a personal authentication mechanism that utilizes SMS (Short Message Service).
Also, each person will be required to bring one ticket to enter this performance, so please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
When your companions receive their tickets, they will also need to download and register for AnyPASS (free of charge).

[Initiatives for this performance]
●All tickets for this performance will be sold as digital tickets. When entering, please operate your smartphone under the instructions of the staff.
●We will encourage all people involved in the performance to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their fingers, as well as thoroughly measure their temperatures and strive for health management.
●We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, and other frequently touched areas within the venue.
●We will thoroughly ventilate the venue.
●We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and audience seats.
●In areas where it is necessary to line up, we will set up markers so that visitors can line up at a distance.
●In areas where face-to-face contact with visitors is required, we will install acrylic boards, transparent vinyl curtains, etc. to prevent droplet infection.
●Disinfectants will be installed at various locations within the venue.
●Information boards regarding infection prevention will be installed and patrolling staff will remind people of infection prevention measures.
●Smoking areas within the venue will be closed.
●It is prohibited to bring in alcohol, drink alcohol inside the venue, or be under the influence of alcohol.
●For CD/DVD sales, we recommend purchasing online from various official websites to prevent infection.
CD/DVD sales inside and outside the venue will be lined up to prevent crowding, and transparent vinyl curtains will be installed to prevent droplet infection.
●We will inform you about the venue and EC sales of concert goods as soon as the details are decided.
●We do not accept gifts, celebratory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will refuse your order if it arrives at the venue.
●For those who are pregnant, those who are planning to become pregnant, those with a chronic illness or underlying disease, and those who find it difficult to move on their own, please prioritize the safety of your body and those involved. Please consider visiting based on your judgment.
●Temperature checking stations will be set up at each entrance, and visitors' body temperatures will be measured using non-contact thermometers. If you have a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, we will take your temperature again at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in your body temperature, you will be refused entry.
●If there is a high risk of infection within the venue, such as in close contact with customers, the staff may ask you to speak to them, so we ask for your cooperation.
[Entrance process]
①A digital questionnaire will be displayed on AnyPASS for purchasers and accompanying persons to whom tickets have been distributed, starting 2 hours before the doors open on the day of each performance, so please complete the questionnaire.
If you have not completed the questionnaire, the QR code will not be displayed, so please be sure to register for AnyPASS, distribute it to your companions, and complete the questionnaire before coming to the venue.
②We will measure your temperature using a non-contact thermometer and disinfect your hands.
Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will have their temperature taken again at the medical check and may be refused entry depending on the nurse's judgment.
③We will check your digital ticket. Customers will be asked to scan the QR code on the terminal installed at the venue.
*After the show, there will be a ``regulated exit'' to reduce crowding. Please note that it may take longer than usual.

[About infectious disease prevention measures for staff and performers]
●We will conduct temperature and health checks for all staff and related parties.
●If a person is found to be unwell with a fever or other symptoms, that person will not be allowed to work.
●To prevent droplet infection, we will work with the recommendation of wearing masks and face shields.
●We will frequently disinfect our hands when entering the venue.
●Performers will also have their temperature and health checked. Masks must be worn except when performing. We also recommend that you wear a face shield, but you will be required to wear one if necessary.
