*Please note that for performances, cancellations, changes, and refunds cannot be made after tickets have been purchased, regardless of the reason.
As of May 8, 2023, the government's "Basic Guidelines for Countermeasures against the Novel Coronavirus Infection" was abolished, so whether or not to take measures against infection, such as wearing a mask, is left to the individual's discretion.
During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in being considerate of other customers, including by observing coughing etiquette.
■How to receive tickets
*To receive your gift, you will need a smartphone that supports the "AnyPASS" smartphone app.
*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets with a different mobile phone number. There is no problem if you change your phone model while keeping the same phone number.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will have with you on the day of the performance.
*For this performance, each person must bring one ticket to enter, so please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
Please note that tickets purchased by applicants cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
When your companion collects their ticket, they will also need to download AnyPASS and register to use it (free of charge).
When applying, please make sure that all participants of this performance have a smartphone with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication capabilities.
*If you arrive with undistributed tickets, it may take some time to enter.
Please be sure to distribute your tickets and register your companions' AnyPASS accounts and collect their tickets before arriving at the venue.
*If you purchase tickets for the same performance date and time multiple times under the same name and phone number, each ticket will remain in your possession for each purchaser.
Any remaining tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them. Please note that they cannot be used by other people for admission.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, they will be able to enter the venue after presenting identification and providing their name, contact information, etc. on the day of the performance. Entry will be allowed only after the applicant and all accompanying persons are present.
