■How to receive tickets
*A smartphone compatible with the smartphone application "AnyPASS" is required to receive it.
*Only the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS issue) column of the customer information at the time of application can receive the ticket. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date as you cannot receive tickets with other mobile phone numbers. There is no problem to change the model with the same phone number.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will bring on the day of the performance.
*This performance requires one ticket per person to enter, so please distribute the ticket to your companions using AnyPASS.
Please note that you cannot distribute or transfer your ticket to others.
When your companion receives the ticket, he/she also needs to download and register to use AnyPASS (free of charge).
When you apply, please make sure that all participants of this performance have smartphones with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication.
